Blast it ! Just managed to delete my first blog written in Feb...

Well it was of limited interest anyway... really just hoping that I would gradually become aclimatised to writing again and at expressing something about my likes, interests, experiences etc. etc .

That will have to be started properly later - it's too late now and I need (desperately at this age !) some beauty sleep... I'm seeing my mother tomorrow after a morning at work - a slightly belated combined (my) birthday and mothers day lunch which will be lovely.

Lots to write about later... thoughts on my part of this city and how it is developing and changing; a recent trip to Paris; and so on but dear reader goodnight for now xxx
