10 telephone engineers later...reconnected at last!

Finally BT has sorted out my internet problem

The latest engineer left half an hour ago and at last I can use the internet when needed... Having recently had an operation on my left foot and confined mainly to lying/sitting, it has been incredibly frustrating to have been without a connection for most of the time since..
So for now just a huge sigh of relief and thanks to Winston who seems to have suceeded where droves of his colleagues have failed over the past weeks!.

My foot has been quite sore since the main dressing was removed, with superficial tears and sore patches, but I think things have improved today and hope that that continues.
I am seeing my surgeon on Monday and will see what he thinks of my progress/not. I had cut back on pushing the toe with the soreness, but have somewhat re-started today.
Fingers and toes crossed that I can't make up for lost time...

Well m'dears, I've spent so long watching the progress with my re-connection that I need a 'nice cup of tea'
More updates later but for now I hope I am not premature in raising a glass to Winston
